Happy New Year

It’s that weird time of year between Christmas and New year. No one knows for sure what day it is. It’s acceptable to eat Yule log for breakfast. Pyjamas are all day attire.

It’s the perfect time to rest up, reflect on the year that’s gone and start thinking about what you’d like from the year ahead.

For me 2018 has been a year of ups and downs. I’ve learnt some very rewarding and valuable skills, had amazing holidays and spent lots of time with friends, family and loved ones.

There has also been times of stress, loss and sadness and in those times I’ve found moments of joy and immense gratitude for the fantastically supportive people I have around me.

This year has taught me that nothing can be taken for granted. Looking after your health and happiness can not take a back seat to anything.


Now’s the time to start making plans to make 2019 the year I’d like it to be. I encourage you to do the same – great years don’t just happen to you, you happen to them! You need to put some work in to get the best out of it.
