Hi, I'm Caroline.

I help you with feelings of anxiety, however they manifest for you. Anxiety is different for everyone, for some it is overwhelming thoughts or worries, others have habits or behaviours that impact them, such as phobias, OCD or addictions. As everyone experiences anxiety differently, the approach to overcome it needs to be individual as well.

I have a whole host of techniques to hand, such as Hypnosis, Coaching, NLP and Emotional Freedom Technique and a ton of experience, so that I can work with you to find what works.

As well as supporting individuals, I work with businesses to engage and educate their teams, build a shared language around anxiety and begin open conversations.
