What is coaching?
Coaching is a process that allows you to unlock your own potential in the here and now. Coaching is focused on improving your present and future, rather than looking into your past.
As your Coach, I can help you to maximise your performance in any area in your life, by challenging you, holding you responsible for your own actions and outcomes and holding a safe space for you to explore possibilities.
Who needs a coach?
Traditionally, coaching is thought to only be for high flying executives or elite sports people – but being neither of these things myself, I know that we all can benefit from having a coach. It’s very easy to start floundering without someone impartial to keep you focused on what you want to achieve. Unless you are entirely satisfied with every aspect of your life, a coach can be invaluable.  I am truly of the belief that coaching should be available and accessible to everyone.
What is NLP?
NLP stands for Neuro Linguistic Programming, and in practical terms is making the most of the way our brain interprets communication of all kinds.
This is great for recognising how our beliefs and habits help us, and how they hold us back – once we know what is holding us back, we can interrupt the patterns and replace it with something more helpful.
What are mBraining and mBIT?
mBraining is the recognition that your head is not the only source of intelligence that you have. Neuroscience has now confirmed that we have neuro-networks (“brains”) in our hearts and our digestive systems as well. mBraining is using all of these intelligences together to get our best and most aligned outcomes.
mBIT is the process and techniques to do this with.
