Why should you trust me to help?
I have been there. I have lived with anxiety on and off since I was a young teenager. Our experiences are going to be different but I can relate to where you are coming from. (You can read more about my experience of anxiety here if you wish.)
I work a little differently. If you have been to counselling or CBT before you’ll be used to talking about your feelings and the causes and events that have triggered them. I tend to work content free – I will help you let go of the emotions that are holding you back without you having to tell me, or even know yourself, where they came from.
I am trained in a number of different techniques, mainly different styles of Coaching, Hypnosis and Reiki and work with you as an individual to find the best way forward for you. Each of us experiences the world differently and that’s why I focus on what you want and need rather than reading scripts or trying to fit you into a set model or program.
When you work with me you will feel more capable, more in control and more able to cope with all the crap that gets thrown at you day to day. I like to think of it as coming back into balance. Whether you’re struggling to keep up with the 100mph you’re going, or failing to get enough speed to get out of 1st gear, I’ll support you while you level it out.
