Hypnosis

What Is Hypnosis?

Hypnosis is an altered mental state where you have a heightened sense of focus and concentration. When you are in a hypnotic state you are likely to feel calm and relaxed and therefore more open to suggestion and change – don’t worry, you always remain in control of your own thoughts and behaviours.
