I can't fix you. Firstly, you can't fix what ain't broken. Unless you're in the hospital about to be put in a cast you're not broken - even in that case you're not broken for long, very quickly you begin healing. Maybe you're holding on to shit that's weighing you down or no longer serves you, maybe there are better, healthier ways for you to move forward, but you're not broken. Secondly, the "fixing" doesn't come from me (or any other therapist). It comes from YOU. YOU are the only person that can ultimately make any change in your life. YOU are the one responsible for making new choices. YOU will "fix" yourself. So WTF should you pay me for? I hold a torch to light up the murky shadows you can't see clearly for yourself. I get you out of your own way so you can make a start. I hold the time and space for you to do the work. I cheer you on and celebrate your progress with you. Whatever it is you're tired of choosing instead of changing, I will support you today. #hypnosis #hypnotist #change #doityouself
