The ‘How To Sleep Well’ workshop explains how poor sleep and anxiety are linked and how to break that downward spiral. This is a great workshop for anyone who struggles to sleep, whether through anxiety or otherwise, and will give you tips and techniques to improve your sleep.
How To Access The Workshop
I host live workshops from my comfy space in Armathwaite. Live workshops are held in a small group of no more than 4 participants, so you don’t need to feel concerned about being in a large group and you’ll have time to ask any questions you like. The small group size also means I can tailor the information and techniques to what suit the group, so the workshops will never be quite the same twice!
